KY license at the time of presentation Clean file with no background or malpractice issues Emergency Medicine trained/residency, ABEM/AOBEM or Board Eligible with 2 years of EM Experience (no new grads)
ACGME or AOA approved and accredited residency training program in Emergency Medicine Life Certification Requirements:

Board Certified:

Case Logs: 24 Months
CME:
24 Months Health Requirements:
