    Requirements

    The person in this role will report to the team lead and will perform activities consistent with the position of an IXN Network Manager which will include, but are not limited to:

    ● Creation of the department vision/mission statement, tactical strategy, proposals and budgets.

    ● Leads technical project management from planning through to execution and change management.

    ● Development of standard procedures and policies for best practices in privacy and security.

    ● Supervises and leads IXN Teams of up to 10 staff, their policies, procedures, solution delivery, application services, IaaS and professional development.

    ● Manages the enhancement of the IXN customer portal, including all sales and marketing efforts.

    ● Establishes and implements effective processes to be able to identify and develop risk mitigation strategies.

    ● Manages service level agreements (SLAs)

    ● Understands and report on key program performance metrics.

    ● Leads service operations including problem, incident, and configuration management processes order tracking.

    ● Ability to identify, analyze and synthesize issues, manage problems and apply root-cause analysis to make data-driven decisions.

    ● Additional responsibilities as they relate to the position and needs of the department.

    ● Bachelor's degree, preferably in a business, computer science, or technical program plus 4+ years of experience leading teams that provide data hosting or SaaS is required.

    ● 2+ years of experience in budgeting and project planning required.

    ● 3-5 years of supervisory experience leading high-performing teams in a SaaS environment.

    ● Experience in IT, marketing, sales, project management a plus

    ● Excellent communication (verbal, written and listening) skills and able to collaboratively engage with all levels of stakeholders to work towards dynamic solutions.

    ● Maintains established contacts within the industry for long-term business growth.

    ● Working knowledge of CRMs, cloud services platforms, and security protocols is highly recommended.



    Benefits

    The salary for this position is between $120,000-$125,000 per year, depending upon factors such as qualifications, experience, skill levels, technical competencies, and other criteria.

    Location & Work Environment

    This position is full-time and offers a hybrid work arrangement. You may be required to work in an office in Okemos, Michigan onsite approximately 3 to 4 days per week (subject to change). Travel is primarily local during the business day, although some out-of-area and overnight travel (0-25%) may be expected to represent the IXN community at events and trade shows.
