    ****DELIVERY & REVISIT SPECIALIST****:****

    Position is responsible for increasing sales and profitability in the region, ensuring customer satisfaction, initiating future sales, and reducing warranty claims. Duties will include:

    Delivering all machines per manufacturer guidelines and representing the dealer in a professional manner.

    Training operators and owners in operation and maintenance of the machine.

    Conducting Machine Trade-In Appraisals.

    Assisting Sales Manger with Used Equipment going through the Service Department.

    Presenting classes for operators in large group settings.

    Driving customer satisfaction and increased sales while maintaining a positive attitude.

    Assisting Territory Managers in completing sales.

    Assisting service department in machine problem resolution.

    Making revisits per manufacturer at dealer policy, including technical diagnostics.

    Conducting machine appraisals and monitoring used equipment expenses.

    Assisting service department in new machine warranty repairs.

    Must be available throughout the harvest season.

    Four plus years technical and mechanical ability with agricultural equipment or related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience required. Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel, and have the ability to work with John Deeres computer programs. Current drivers license with a good driving record required. Travel (including overnight) will be required and overtime work may be required as well.
