    This is a 3rd shift position Secret Clearance needed Flexible to move to other shifts in future
    This RoleYou will be the anchor for our Test Services solution for Raytheon. This is the pilot project and first team to be stood up.

    Based on the learnings and best practices you create, it will be duplicated for other customer locations with similar needs.

    You will be the key local leader managing the customer interactions, supervising the team members to ensure top quality work, responsiveness, and completion of deliverables.

    You will be a founding member who sets the tone. This team will be providing test support functions for radar systems being used by the US Navy.
    Primary Responsibilities
    Manage and develop a customer-focused program of specialists and operators to effectively operate the test site and fulfill the test plans
    Build and manage customer relationships to ensure workload pipeline is full and continuous. Leverage relationships for opportunities to expand Quest Defense's services and coordinate with Account Manager/Delivery Manager
    Build and foster existing and future relationships with customer counterparts to help expand opportunities and contribute to business development Develop internal processes and procedures based on best practices and lessons learned
    Supervisor Related
    Resource planning, goal setting, coaching, day-to-day management Follow all Quest Defense policies and procedures to ensure proper employee performance and development (metrics, performance reviews, training plans, etc.)
    Support hiring activities by confirming workload needs with customers & participating in interviews
    Project Management Related
    Support project planning of new and existing tasks (cost, schedule, and scope) Project health monitoring including risk assessments, status reports, and governance reviews
    Monitor and improve project health using Quest Defense's governance model
    Site Lead Related
    Develop innovative ideas to improve performance of the test site
    Onboarding to Quest Defense and customer systems
    Ensure team follows all customer site procedures for security, facility usage, dress code, etc.
    Create a positive culture aligned with the House of Quest and be the local facilitator for employee engagement and events
    Interact with internal and external customers, stakeholders, and team members Key Skills/Attributes

    Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, work under time constraints, maintain composure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously Ability to interact with employees/managers at all levels with strong oral and written and presentation communication skills Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment Like to work in a fast paced, creative environment Enjoy people and dynamic teams with diverse experiences.

    Requires training at Marlborough, MA site followed by OJT
    Position good for those who want to travel to other sites to provide training and set up new Quest Defense teams performing similar work
    5+ years of experience in the aerospace industry, Radar test operations highly preferred
    2+ years experience with RF test operator or RF test integrator experience
    2+ years personnel management / supervision
    4 year degree, prefer mechanical engineering or computer engineering
