Job summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Managerial Assistant to support the Patient Care Services Manager with a range of clerical and payroll / time-keeping administrative duties.+
Responsibilities
- Supports time-keeping by reviewing payroll throughout the pay cycle, verifying overall accuracy including appropriate shift and differential assignment as applicable.
- Assist with compliance tracking and monitoring as directed by the Patient Care Services Manager or designee.
- Maintain a high standard of professionalism, integrity, and accountability in all interactions.
