    Job Description

    ***Only qualified Software Engineer candidates located in the Pittsburgh, PA area will be considered due to the position requiring an onsite presence***

    Required Technical skills/experience:


    • Java


    • Microservices


    • Kafka


    • Oracle


    • SQL Server


    • .Net

    Flex Skills:


    • Mainframe


    • Agile framework experience


    • Prior Client experience is preferred

    Soft skills:


    • Good communication both written and verbal


    • Ability to collaborate with the team


    • Willingness to learn


    • Good problem solving skills

    Preferred Education:


    • Bachelor's degree in a technical field or relevant work experience


    • Any agile certifications preferred

    Key responsibilities:


    • Attending daily stand ups, prepared to discuss what challenges they are facing,


    • Work with scrum master and product owner with implementation for user stories and deploy


    • Core banking


    • Transformation screening


    • Security remediation end of life cycle, every 2 weeks there is a sprint


    • Enterprise technology


    • Mitigate risk with new customers


    • Fraud risk prevention
