    About This Role

    The Director of Service leads our team responsible for delivering high-quality commercial industrial plumbing and HVAC services ensuring customer satisfaction operational excellence financial accountability. The ideal candidate will be a leader with extensive experience driving branch growth through superior customer service efficient operations profitable delivery.

    • Leadership Management Direct all service operations within the branch aligning with company policies standards Lead mentor branch management technical teams administrative staff setting clear expectations performance accountability customer satisfaction Serve as visible leader fostering teamwork positive work culture
    • Financial Oversight Achieve branch revenue gross margin EBITDA targets Monitor performance implementing corrective actions address variances Control operating expenses workforce utilization Support business development preventive maintenance agreements local projects
    • Operational Oversight Oversee scheduling dispatch completion ensure commitments met Maintain efficient use manpower tools equipment Ensure compliance safety regulations procedures Monitor ERP systems reporting accuracy job costing labor tracking billing
    • Team Development Retention Recruit train retain qualified personnel Develop future leaders mentoring coaching professional growth Conduct regular evaluations addressing issues promptly Promote safety professionalism continuous improvement Engage employees improve retention build long-term stability
