Job summary
The HR intern will assist the Human Resources Department in daily administrative tasks and activities while demonstrating excellent administration,communication,
and organizational skills.
Bachelor's degree or previous internship experience in a related field preferred,hypertext Proficiency in Microsoft Excel,Presentation PowerPoint,and Word Excellent written and verbal communications skills Highly organized with a strong attention to detail Passion for Fendi and the Luxury Industry An interest in Talent Development and Employee Engagement a plus Must be self-motivated and have the ability to work autonomously Experience with HRIS system a plus
Support the onboarding process by preparing welcome packets setting up new employee profiles and assisting with initial orientation activities to ensure a smooth transition Accurately input update and manage employee data in our HRIS ensuring data integrity and confidentiality This includes new hires terminations changes in status and personal information Support in all company internal communications; Draft and distribute internal organization announcements Manage the HR department email inbox prioritizing inquiries forwarding them to appropriate team members Run basic HR reports such as headcount reports attendance summaries or training completion rates under guidance of HR Manager Support administering annual compliance trainings Organization file retrieve documents both physical digital under company policies compliance regulations Assist digitizing historical records improved accessibility
