- PA team rotates with all Surgeons weekly
- Practice established and growing
- Balance of OR time (2 days) and clinic time (2 days) each week
- Friday is combination of Admin time and time off
- Surgery Center and Hospital are just steps from office
- PA will round, cover ER consults, first assist, and see patients in the office
- Office hours are 7:30-5 (last patient at 4:15)
- Office has 19 exam rooms
- Practice is currently transitioning to EPIC
- See 26 patients a day
- Opportunity to do injections- trigger point, joint, and bursae
- Every Provider has a Medical Assistant
- Radiology in office
- PT is contracted outside of office
- Master's Degree complete
- National Certification
- Oregon State Medical License
- Orthopedic experience such as elective rotations, preceptorship, shadowing, ATC, PTA, exercise physiology, continued education, career experience
- Interest in Musculoskeletal anatomy and treatment
- Interest in Radiology and comfort reading films and determining pathology
- Enjoy a fast-paced clinic environment
- Team approach as working with all 7 Surgeons
- Strong EMR experience for daily patient notes
- Strong desire for the area and small community living with beautiful outdoors
- Call is one evening each week ($300 extra pay) and one weekend a month ($1500 extra pay)
- Base salary range from $117,00 (new graduate) to $150,000 strong experience in Orthopedics

- Call supplemental pay
- PTO is 2 weeks, 2 sick days, 1 personal day
- CME is 7 days
- Office closed for 9 annual holidays
