    Holtec International, a global turnkey supplier of equipment and services for the Nuclear, Solar, Geothermal and Fossil Power Generation sectors of the energy industry, is seeking several Adjunct Project Managers to join our Holtec Government Services company (a wholly owned subsidiary of Holtec International).

    The Adjunct Project Manager is responsible for supporting the successful execution of US Government agency funded projects. This position will also support the Project Manager(s) to manage the overall relationship and reporting requirements with the customer.
    Assist with project completion within budget, on-schedule and to customer's satisfaction
    Compliance with US Government contract requirements in a cost-effective and technically sound manner
    Assist in the preparation of project reports meeting financial and project control requirements
    Assist the review of equipment designs for compliance with engineering principles, contract requirements, and applicable standards
    Assist in approval of change orders, design changes, specifications, engineering analyses, and drawings
    Assist in the preparation of proposals and commercial quotes of change orders as required
    Occasional project-related travel is required and project assignments at US Government facilities are possible. All members of Holtec Government Services are based out of our Camden, NJ office. All Holtec companies are Equal Opportunity Employers.

    Qualifications:

    All candidates should possess the following:
    Bachelor's degree at a minimum, in an engineering field from an accredited, four-year university.

    Desire to perform project management functions on engineering, design, and manufacturing projects, with previous experience on engineering and design projects preferred.

    Understanding of contract compliance and reporting requirements on projects.

    Experience using Primavera or Microsoft Project, including experience with the execution of projects utilizing earned value analysis would be beneficial.

    U.S. Citizenship or U.S. Permanent Resident Status.
    Effective communication, interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills.
    Strong time management and organizational skills.

    Must be capable of obtaining security clearances to US DOE and US DOD facilities, including passing drug and alcohol screenings.
