Logistics Operations Specialist Job ID: 115559Location: El Jem, TN, 5160Mission:Identifies and analyzes business process, application software, system development needs for logistics users.

Install new projects, follow the evolution of the architecture of the systems, implement actions ensuring the continuous improvement of the activity.

Define the business processes (business processes independently of the application) and put them on paper.

Coordination of all technical activities in relation to local technical assistance personnel .Communicate with analysts, programmers, clients and / or principals in order to identify program requirements, reference material, end user requirements (Expression of needs, implementation and testing of modules, technical assistance and training).Support local plant employees (SFM environment) in the areas of production, logistics and sub areas of quality.

Participate in the application training and guarantee of the required know-how of the users.
Identify potential improvements and report to process authority.
Prepare and perform the tests necessary to verify the functioning of MES software.
Actively monitors production systems processes and activities.
Investigation, analysis and resolution of production system problems or incidents.
