    Salary Range:
    $110-$140k

    Location:
    • Hybrid with the opportunity to work remotely a few days/week.
    • The primary office is in South Tampa with an office in St. Petersburg.
    • Travel to various client locations within the Tampa Bay area as needed as well.
    Job Description

    WHAT YOU'LL DO
    • Navigate the Tax Landscape Across Diverse Clients: Review and craft federal and multi-state tax returns for an array of clients, including individuals, flow-throughs, corporations, and some trusts. Your tax expertise will touch every corner, ensuring clients thrive in a complex tax landscape.
    • Lead, Guide, and Inspire the Team: Join a dynamic team and step into the role of a mentor and manager extraordinaire. You'll not only lead but be a mentor to Tax Accountants, fostering a culture of growth and teamwork.
    • Craft Seamless Client Connections & Deliver Quality Results: Ensure client expectations are met, become a client's trusted advisor, and turn client relationships into long-term partnerships.
    Qualifications

    WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
    • 5+ years of experience in tax preparation and review, in public accounting as a bonus.
    • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related.
    • CPA required.
    • Strong leadership skills to provide excellent client relationships and internal team development.
    • In-depth experience in reviewing the work of the team.
