    What We're Looking For

    Reporting to our CFO, this position will be responsible for managing our day-to-day accounting operations This role will offer the candidate an opportunity to experience and understand a wide range of our business operations through the management of financial reporting, budgeting / forecasting, receivables and payables, coordination of company travel, and support in the organization of company-wide activities. Our ideal candidate is an excellent project manager that can be self-sufficient in task completion.

    What You'll Do
    • Compile and present monthly financials including variance analyses
    • Manage day-to-day accounting activities
    • Enter payables and record bill payments
    • Perform account reconciliations
    • Record month end close journal entries
    • Book and coordinate company travel as needed
    • Compile and total expense reports
    What You'll Bring
    • General knowledge and understanding of accounting practices
    • Previous experience leading financial statement close / preparation process a plus
    • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
    • Independent, self-starting, team player with a positive attitude
    • Sage Intacct knowledge preferred
    • Proficient PC skills to include Excel, Word, and Microsoft Outlook
    • Excellent communication and time management skills
