    Regional Talent Acquisition Lead

    The Regional Talent Acquisition Lead is responsible for defining and leading a Talent Sourcing Strategy with Global Director People, Culture, Learning & Development in support of the National Pen's business strategies that builds the future capability requirements across our operations, and improve the recruiting processes to source, hire and on board top talent across all regional sites.

    This position will work with Business leaders to identify talent acquisition process gaps and issues that impact our effectiveness and drive forward the necessary process and strategy improvements.

    The role is responsible for identifying, implementing and maintaining effective sourcing tools and processes to adequately support the Company's talent needs across the region.


    What You Will Do:

    Partner with senior business leaders to establish and implement a recruiting strategy for your region of responsibility , that drives successful sourcing, recruitment of targeted talent internally and externally

    Direct and manage full cycle recruiting efforts including branding (working with relevant branding teams), selection, interviewing, hiring manager training, recruiting best practices, metrics and reporting analytics

    Talent & Capability Forecasting; work with People Ops and senior management to assist with workforce planning process by providing accurate data on internal talent supply and demand

    Create and deliver against company aligned KPIs for your region

    Ensure the recruiting function is appropriately staffed, structured and supported to meet the evolving needs of our business, taking into consideration region, service line support and talent supply/market patterns

    Lead by example and drive excellence across the Talent Acquisition Teams under your care. Demonstrate leadership qualities (confidence, honesty, resilience, accountability,) in all dealings with all colleagues

    Consult, support and provide guidance to People Ops leaders on talent acquisition strategies and processes

    Manage the Talent Acquisition Teams to provide a pragmatic, customer focused, creative and commercial talent service

    Champion recruiting process improvements and recruiting tool enhancements on a global level

    Identify, develop, and implement training and education to build talent acquisition capabilities in the team

    Regular travel to global sites

    Manage the Talent budgets with Global Director People, Culture & Learning

    Understand HR-related regulations and compliance procedures across all regional locations

    Any other projects or tasks assigned by line manager

The range of the base salary for this role is $40.00-$45.00 per hour, accompanied by a competitive benefits package.
