- 2-4+ years of Fleet Maintenance Coordinator/Supervisor experience
- Fleet maintenance experience (Can be Fleet technician, or coordinator-Equipment ordering and estimation/ repair approvals)
- Experience managing an email inbox
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, data analysis and reporting tools.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.

The Region Fleet Maintenance Supervisor plays a critical role in optimizing fleet performance/maintenance and cost efficiency. This position involves collaborating with various teams to manage tire estimates, repair approvals, data analysis, and equipment optimization. They would ensure compliance with purchase orders, monitors fleet performance using telematics systems, and assists with warranty recovery. Additionally, they handle equipment moves and contribute to overall cost-saving measures. This is a new role that has been introduced to provide pivotal operational-administrative support to Region Fleet Managers (RFMs). This position plays a crucial role in facilitating annual cost savings within the first year by enhancing PM quality, providing guidance to Site Managers, optimizing fleet operations at the site level, negotiating with local vendors, and improving parts cost management.
