    Job Description

    Plans and organizes the programming requirements for organization applications. Handles requests for programming services including, preparation of specifications, development and maintenance of computer programs and documentation. Interfaces with other individuals and departments to determine user and business needs.

    Job Responsibility

    • Executes tasks as appropriate to meet client and business requirements; investigates technologies to best solve problems, and develops and documents architecture to solve problems.
    • Takes ownership of the software product throughout the lifecycle of the software and client requirements; confirms project requirements by reviewing program objective, input data, and output requirements with analyst, supervisor, and client.
    • Writes project requirements and develops validation plans; programs and validates programming against plans and requirements.
    • Prepares reference for users by writing operating instructions; maintains historical records by documenting program development and revisions.
    • Maintains client confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
    • Ensures operation per system requirements by following instructions; troubleshoots malfunctions; debugs and escalates as appropriate.
    • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
    • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
    • Operates under general guidance and work assignments are varied and require interpretation and independent decisions on course of action.

    Job Qualification
    • Bachelor's Degree required, or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
    • 1-3 years of relevant experience, required.

    The salary range for this position is $105,400-$183,000/year
