This role calls for a proactive leader who will dive deep into our existing processes, infusing creativity and continuous innovation into every aspect of our operations.
This will ensure First American remains a trailblazer in our industry.Exceptional communication and leadership skills are pivotal, as you will be the key link between our customers and our dedicated in-house and subcontracted crews, guiding all toward outstanding results.
"Purpose :
The Production Manager is responsible for carrying out assigned duties that support our company mission: To be the contractor of choice in our community, the client of choice for our trade partners and the employer of choice in our community.
Leadership:
Effectively lead our production team by mentoring staff, managing performance, and overseeing the hiring and onboarding of new team members.
Be the driving force behind our projects, ensuring goals are met, standards are exceeded, and the team is motivated and aligned with our mission statement and company values.
Engage in self-improvement and leadership development sessions and training alongside the Management team.Subcontractor/Vendor Management:
Proactively source and onboard new subcontractors, ensuring they meet all insurance standards and seamlessly integrating them into our CRM system.
Prioritize delivering a superior customer experience by maintaining clear and effective communication at every stage of the customer lifecycle.
Identify and execute enhancements to streamline workflow processes.
Provide support to our Production team in the scheduling, production and follow up phase of the customer lifecycle.
Conduct root cause analysis to address and resolve issues as they arise.
To qualify for this team you must:
Display a proven track record in project or production management, preferably in construction, roofing, or a related field. Construction experience preferred but not required.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of fostering strong team and client relationships.
Possess over three years of leadership experience.
Qualify to operate a company vehicle.
Exhibit a robust work ethic.
Adhere to and enforce safety protocols.
Work regular office hours onsite, with availability for on-call duties as required.
