Our 55 Bed Long Term Care facility in NW OKC is looking for a LPN in the role of

ADON . This is a floor supervisor in an ADON position to lead, develop and train the clinical team. Must have


MDS
experience.
The

Assistant Director of Nursing

(DON) maintains the standards of resident care, advising the medical staff, department heads, and administrator in matters related to Nursing Services. Assist the DON in establishing policies, interpreting those policies according to the standards of nursing practice, and with general staff development.
