Job summary

This individual is responsible for making all appointments for each department. These appointments are made via telephone and/or in person.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain appointments for all new and established patients.
  • Monitor any physician and patient schedule changes and/or cancellations to adjust schedule to reflect changes in a timely manner.
  • Assist patients in completing patient registration forms, update patient data such as address or insurance changes.
