- Oversee all financial management aspects, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic planning and decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
- Establish and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets.
- Manage cash flow, banking activities, and relationships with financial institutions.
- Provide financial leadership and guidance to senior management and cross-functional teams.
- Collaborate with department heads to develop and monitor budgets and spending.
- Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, reports, and analyses.
- Coordinate with external auditors to facilitate annual audits and reviews.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains within the finance function.
