- Lead & manage all FP&A functions i.e. budgeting, forecasting and at least weekly cash flow models to the relevant stakeholders
- Monitor and report on budget vs actual variances and work with the Controller in providing explanations to the senior management
- Update financial projections as need to track performance and outlook of business lines and/or projects
- Support senior management in project analysis, validation of plans, and ad-hoc requests
- Prepare quarterly management reporting and be responsible for accurate and timely financial data delivery
- Perform accounting functions and activities including but not limited to paying monthly invoices and assist in negotiating and managing all vendor contracts
- Ensure compliance with accounting policies, regulatory requirements and industry standards
- Ensure proper controls and processes are in place and followed and identify opportunities to improve and implement change, as applicable
- Bachelors in Finance, accounting or similar; CPA is a plus but not required
- 3-7 years of relevant experience; ideally experience at high-growth startups.
- Proven knowledge of financial planning and analysis
- Basic understanding of the GAAP financial statements
- Ability to think outside the box combined with attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task and adjust priorities to meet deadlines, if necessary
- In-depth knowledge of financial reporting standards; tax and industry regulations a plus
- Prior experience in implementation and/or management of a budgeting and planning software is a plus

The Finance Manager will be responsible for all FP&A function in addition to overseeing certain financial operations of the company; report on financial performance; monitor cashflow and budgeting models; assist the Controller with annual audits, and tax functions; assist external bookkeeper in providing necessary documents for month-end close; and help maintain the company's equity program to help support company growth.
