Overview
Interstates is growing, and we are currently seeking a Systems Analyst II to support our client site near Martinsburg, West Virginia.
The Systems Analyst will work with our OTIS team to provide network design, configuration, and maintenance services to our client.

Responsibilities
Maintain layer 3 network environments.
Maintain virtualization environments.
Develops a knowledge of the manufacturing plant, its processes and network/connectivity.
Responsible for IT/OT interactions with manufacturing processes.
Adept communicator to stakeholders, automation engineers, SMEs, IT resources.
Provide strong troubleshooting capabilities – Isolate failures, coordinate onsite resources, assist in remediation.
Uncover support process inefficiencies and failure points and help drive appropriate change.
Ensure patching compliance and deliver on cyber security initiatives.
Work within project teams consisting of clients, electrical engineers, control systems programmers, and OT analysts to deliver integrated automation solutions.
Should be a self-starter with the ability to trouble shoot and investigate issues.This resource will work in a manufacturing plant and will be onsite anywhere between 3 – 5 days/week.
When onsite, walking throughout the plant is required. Good physical condition is mandatory.
Other duties may be assigned.
Qualifications
Education and/or Experience:
2 or 4year degree in Information Technology, Network/Systems Administration, Computer Science, or a related technical field OR equivalent combination of education and related experience/training.
Experience with VMware software.
Preferred Skills:
Preferred certifications:
CCENT or CCNA
Experience with Ticketing Software
Experience in an industrial/manufacturing environment
Travel:
This position is to be located near the Martinsburg West Virginia site or within at least a 45-minute travel distance.
First - 4 weeks will be spent performing training/onboarding in Sioux Falls, South Dakota/Sioux Center, Iowa/Cincinnati, Ohio.
