    As a full-time Scheduling Coordinator, your primary responsibility will be ensuring that our clients receive the best care by scheduling the right caregiver in the right place at the right time. You will coordinate and maintain the schedules in our Wellsky operating system, ensuring that both clients and Caregivers have accurate and timely schedule information. Scheduling includes the requirement of using caregivers efficiently and in line with their availability. The Scheduling Coordinator has heavy phone interaction with clients and caregivers to ensure schedule issues are resolved and positive client relations maintained.


    FT Hours- Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm plus rotating, paid on-call, weekdays/weekends


    The Scheduling Coordinator also helps in providing the best in home care experience for clients and employees by:
    • Working directly with the Management team to ensure the proper caregiver and client match based on care plans, staff availability, and staff compatibility.
    • Performing various activities for scheduling appropriate caregivers to clients, scheduling additional caregiver training as needed, and monitoring of telephone system to ensure compliance of all scheduled visits.
    • Maintaining the scheduling systems in real time as it pertains to schedules, availability, shift adjustments, documentation, etc.
    • Filling in for a caregiver as needed on rare occasions

    QUALIFICATIONS:
    • 1 year minimum full time, computer-based scheduling experience, preferably with a medical provider or home care agency
    • Highly organized and detail-oriented in a fast paced, ever changing environment
    • High school diploma or GED
    • Excellent phone etiquette and oral communication skills
    • Proficient in Microsoft Word & Outlook
    • Friendly, diplomatic, tactful
    • Thrives in a team environment

    Job Type: Full-time


    Pay: $20.00 per hour with bonus potential
