- The AVP, HR Leader will oversee the strategy and execution of all Human Resource functions (including HRBP, Shared Services, Compensation, Talent Acquisition, Data/Analytics, Benefits and I&D) and activities for all regions of CenterWell Home Health and will be the single point of HR accountability for all aforementioned functions.
- Direct supervisory oversight of HRBP team for Home Health; dotted line accountability for other HR assigned partners
- Work-At-Home Requirements, if applicable: Must have the ability to provide a high-speed DSL or cable modem for a home office.
