Join usAbout the teamIn line with the globalization strategy and vision of the company, the Global Payments team builds a platform to provide cross-border payment solutions for all ByteDance's products and services, that are growing rapidly worldwide.

Responsibilities:
1.

Manage bank account strategy by optimizing the account structure to support treasury business growth in Philippines and other possible SEA countries, as well as managing the bank account daily operation including account opening, changing and closing;2.

Supervise cash management daily operations for Philippines other possible SEA countries, including daily fund transfer, liquidity risk management, FX trading, quotation, and risk management, etc;3.

Manage safeguarding operations from liquidity management perspective, to satisfy the regulatory requirements for payment industry companies in Philippines;4. Develop and improve SOP for cash management daily operations to meet requirements for internal control, audit and regulatory compliance;5. Provide liquidity and FX fund solutions to support Global Payment business in Philippines, including acquiring, e-commerce, wallet/account service, lending, BNPL, etc
Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

• Proven working experience in financial institutions, leading payment companies or large MNC in treasury and cash management, ;
• Familiar with the procedures of liquidity and FX management operations from both corporate and bank perspectives, and knowledge of bank FX & cash management products and solutions;
• Familiar with the fund settlement and clearing system in major countries and knowledge of central banks' clearing rules and regulatory requirements;
• English as working languages for oral and writing for internal communication;
• Good quick learner and strong analysis skills in a logical way;Preferred Requirement
• Bachelor or Master Degree in Finance, Economics and Accounting areas;
• Minimum 5 years of experience with exposure to SEA regional treasury management or customer fund management in the payments industry
• Demonstrated ability to cultivate and maintain valuable relationships with banking partners in the Philippines and other Southeast Asian countries is highly desirable.
