Red Wing Shoe Company, a renowned leader in quality footwear, is seeking an Inventory Analyst to join our dynamic Materials Management team.

As an Inventory Analyst, you will be instrumental in managing inventory within our manufacturing plants. You will analyze key data, facilitate transactions, and enhance processes to ensure optimal inventory management.

This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our Lean Material Flow and Plan For Every Part (PFEP) initiatives while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Provide analytical support for the implementation and maintenance of Lean Material Flow and PFEP methodologies across our manufacturing sites.

Lead the cycle count process, including root cause analysis, action planning, and overseeing year-end physical inventory.
Identify and mitigate slow-moving or obsolete inventory items.
Establish reports and metrics to measure inventory management effectiveness.
Lead process improvement projects to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Execute daily inventory management activities and transactions.

Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, or a related field and minimum of three years of relevant experience in inventory, purchasing, or Supply Chain Management or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Be proficient in Microsoft Excel; Previous experience in production planning is desirable.
