Job Title: Project Executive
As a Project Executive, your main responsibility is to oversee and manage construction projects from beginning to end.
You will be involved in project planning, team management, risk mitigation, budget control, client communication, quality assurance, and documentation maintenance.
Responsibilities:
Project Planning and Strategy:
- Develop project plans, strategies, and objectives collaboratively.
- Set project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Efficiently allocate resources to meet project goals and budget constraints.
Team Leadership and Management:
- Provide guidance to project managers and team members.
- Delegate tasks, ensure clear communication and accountability.
- Promote teamwork and collaboration for optimal project performance.
Client Communication and Relationship Management:
- Act as the main contact for clients, addressing inquiries and concerns.
- Keep clients updated on project progress and handle any issues.
- Manage client expectations and ensure satisfaction throughout the project.
Budgeting and Financial Management:
- Develop project budgets and forecasts.
- Monitor expenditures and financial performance.
- Implement cost-control measures to stay within budget limits.
Risk Management and Problem-Solving:
- Identify risks and develop strategies to minimize disruptions.
- Address challenges during construction and maintain compliance with safety regulations.
- Ensure adherence to industry standards to mitigate safety risks.
Quality Assurance and Compliance:
- Establish quality control measures to meet standards.
- Conduct inspections to address deficiencies.
- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.
Contract Negotiation and Administration:
- Negotiate contracts with vendors and stakeholders.
- Review contract terms, manage procurement and payments.

Project Documentation and Reporting:
- Keep accurate project documentation and prepare reports.
- Present progress reports to stakeholders and manage project milestones.

Qualifications:
