    Production Supervisor

    Schedule: Second Shift

    Location: Salt Lake City, UT

    Reports to: Production Manager

    Compensation: $65K - $70K

To succeed as our new PRODUCTION MANAGER, the ability to perform under pressure will be critical (Bohemian Rhapsody and We Will Rock You, both bonuses). Can you type fast? Great, but you'll need to type a lot of other words as well. Are there gaps in your resume? Just tell the interviewer, "I believe those are from the space bar". They'll probably ask you to tell them a bit about yourself and your personal life. Just keep your mouth shut. You want this job, don't you? Speaking of personal stuff, if they don't already know your name, that's on them. If they have to ask, reply "H-I-R-E-D". Then you'll be hired. #dadvice

    Requirements & Responsibilities of the Production Supervisor:

    • 3+ years of experience as a team lead or production supervisor in a manufacturing environment.
    • Familiarity with ERP (enterprise resource planning) and MRP (material requirements planning) systems.
    • Strong leadership skills and cross functional collaboration ability.
    • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills.
    • Outstanding verbal, written, and interpersonal communication capabilities.
    • Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
    • Bilingual English/Spanish, highly desirable.
    • Lead, develop, and oversee a team of 20 in all aspects of production.
    • Help develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives to decrease waste and increase efficiency.
    • Promote a culture of positivity, employee engagement, and safety.
