Responsibilities

The Quality Assurance inspector will drive quality excellence for the protective film manufacturing facilities across the division

Serve as a lead for the quality function and sustain the quality philosophy and lean culture for the site.
Floor presence to review quality issues on the floor and work with manufacturing on quality at the source projects.
Administers the effective documentation and implementation of the quality management system to assure compliance with customer and regulatory requirements and the standards set by corporate/division policies.
Act as a liaison with leadership for production, quality and NPD to ensure that individuals performing functions affecting quality are demonstrating the appropriate skills and performance results.
Maintains a corrective action system to analyze and correct nonconforming conditions and complaints.
Executes the performance measurements necessary to effectively evaluate organizational performance and trends in product quality, services, customer satisfaction and the cost of poor quality.
Assists Quality leadership on the development and implementation of a supplier management strategy.
Collaborates with Engineering on new product development and design review for quality/reliability issues
