    Job DescriptionLocation: US Attorney's Office – Phoenix, AZ

    DUTIES:Looking for Administrative Support to provide office administration services. The individual will be required to provide a variety of direct executive clerical support assistance and have good communication and organizational skills. Must be able to work under pressure and increase the effectiveness of the US Attorney's Office staff. Additional duties include, but are not limited to:
    • Receive visitors and telephone calls and route accordingly
    • Establish and maintain a variety of files
    • Maintain calendars and track dates, schedules, conferences and meetings as necessary
    • Screen incoming mail and address correspondence that do not require specific staff attention
    • Coordinate and participate in selected events, conferences, trainings, and meetings as directed
    • Make travel arrangements for staff including preparing itineraries and making reservations
    • Prepare written correspondence and documents for staff signature
    QUALIFICATIONS: The following minimum qualifications are required:
    • U.S. Citizenship required
    • Minimum of 10 years of administrative and clerical experience
    • 7-10 year minimum background investigation will be required
    • General administrative and clerical support experience
    • Experience in handling sensitive information
    • Knowledge managing travel
