- Accurately and efficiently dispense medications in accordance with prescription orders and applicable laws and regulations.
- Review medication orders for appropriateness, completeness, and accuracy.
- Monitor drug therapy regimens for contraindications, interactions, and potential adverse reactions.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient medication therapy outcomes.
- Provide drug information and education to patients and healthcare professionals.
- Maintain accurate patient medication records and documentation.
- Assist in inventory management and medication ordering processes.
- Comply with all pharmacy policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Thursday - Monday: 11:00pm - 7:30am
- Pharmacy experience.
- LTC experience a plus
- AZpharmacist license.
