We're Hiring a Technical Services Specialist, Assoc. for You!

Join our client's team for a dynamic 6-month contract assignment in the NEM Asset Operations department located in Juno Beach, FL.

The selected individual will play a crucial role supporting Senior Level Physical Real Time Desk trader/operators. Your duties will involve overseeing clients and third-party customer's generation fleet in real-time markets and completing daily recurring shift tasks.

Schedule

• 6am - 2pm Thursday-Friday
• 6am to 6pm Sat-Sunday

Requirements to Succeed

• Basic knowledge of power generation economics and dispatch characteristics
• Understanding of ISO/RTO protocol and market portals in various regions
• Attention to detail and ability to efficiently convey information
• Follow established procedures diligently

Responsibilities

• Perform checklist items daily
• Verify tag updates are current
• Evaluate Regulation Performance and alert traders
• Ensure all tools are up to date and functional
• Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders

Qualifications needed

• High School Grad/GED
• Bachelor's degree in progress or equivalent experience
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business Administration
• Experience in generator operation or Control Center
• 1+ years of relevant experience
