Job summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Director to lead and support our growing clinical team in North Carolina.In this role, you will provide strategic leadership, clinical oversight, and mentorship to ensure high-quality, ethical,
and compliant ABA services. You will collaborate closely with BCBAs, BCaBAs, RBTs,
and operational leaders to drive excellence in service delivery while supporting the growth
and development of both clients and staff.
- Lead supervises and mentors BCBAs BCaBAs
RBTs. - Evaluate quality compliance of treatment plans progress reports data collection.
