- Assist with the implementation and patience of banking services to improve the efficiency of cash collection and disbursement. .
- Act as liaison between bank and users of various banking products to ensure and maintain optimal service.
- Manage the daily cash position and report information to management.
- Examine and evaluate domestic cash flow forecasts. Coordinate with subsidiaries to minimize forecast variances and streamline cash flow reporting.
- Produce cash flow forecast reports summarizing cash activities. Identify cash needs for subsidiaries and maximize cash flow.
- Act as liaison between bank and internal departments to resolve any transaction discrepancies.
- Evaluate bank fees, and prepare daily, monthly, and quarterly treasury reports.
- Have some knowledge of standard principles with limited practical experience in applying them.
- Use existing procedures to solve standard problems.
- Work within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines.
- Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values.
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, with preferred with up to 3 years of experience.
- Corporate treasury or commercial banking operations or Certified Treasury Professional credentials preferred.
- Experience analyzing information and proficiency in using percentages, fractions and other related calculations.
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products with advanced Excel capabilities (pivot, macros, etc.)
- Organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset.
