What you'll do:

• Work with internal and external stakeholders to administer equity compensation plans, including equity grants, option exercises, RS

releases, employee demographic updates and equity education.

• Help respond to the Equity Administration email alias.
• Assist with month-end close process
• Help lead company wide equity communications
• Assist with employee equity education and ensure wiki page content is relevant and informative
• Maintain SOX Compliance and assist with quarterly testing/audits by internal and external teams.
• Ad Hoc duties as needed

Qualifications:

What we're looking for:

• public company equity plan administration experience, including reporting,

reconciliations and SOX compliance

• Proficient in Excel including vlookups and Pivot tables
• Proficient with Google product suite
• Advanced analytical ability, attention to detail, strong organizational skills and ability to

work independently and multi-task in a fast-paced environment

• Comprehensive understanding of many different types of equity awards and public

company equity programs, across multiple jurisdictions

• Certified Equity Professional (CEP) or in the process of obtaining
