Job summary
The Medical Director will report directly to the National Medical Director and supervise, evaluate, and be responsible for the standards and overall quality of the hospice care services rendered to patients by physicians through the employing hospice provider.The job involves overseeing implementation of Plan of Care in order to meet patient's goals of care and needs.
- Assess and reevaluate patient's medical needs on a regular basis in conjunction with interdisciplinary Group (IDG).
- Provide supervision of Hospice Physicians (HPs).
