    A Medical Director at Living Young Center Medical Spa in Odessa, FL, holds a pivotal role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality medical services and maintaining the facility's reputation for excellence in the field of aesthetics and wellness treatments.

    This position involves overseeing the medical operations within the spa, ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations, and implementing the latest medical practices and technologies in aesthetic medicine.

    Supervising clinical staff, including hiring, training, and conducting performance evaluations.

    Developing and maintaining protocols for all treatments offered, ensuring they meet the highest medical standards and comply with state regulations.

    Providing expert consultation and guidance to clients on suitable treatments, considering their specific needs and medical history.
    Staying abreast of advancements in aesthetic medicine through continuous education and training.
    Managing any medical emergencies that arise within the spa, ensuring the safety and well-being of clients and staff.

    The ideal candidate will have a valid medical license, preferably with a specialization in dermatology or plastic surgery, and proven experience in a leadership role within a medical spa or similar setting.

    Exceptional communication skills, a commitment to ethical medical practices, and a passion for enhancing client well-being are essential for success in this role.

    Valid medical license in Florida.
    Specialization in dermatology or plastic surgery is preferred.
    Previous leadership experience in a medical spa or similar healthcare setting.
    Proficiency in aesthetic medical treatments and technologies.
    Commitment to continuous education in aesthetic medicine.
    Ability to manage medical emergencies.
