Overview:

• Lead the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) in Tulsa, Oklahoma's only Level IV NICU, plus affiliated sites
• NICU expanded into its 58-bed facility in Provide clinical leadership for the NICU, including direct patient care involvement
• Supervise and mentor neonatologists, neonatal nurse practitioners, neonatal hospitalists, residents, and other NICU staff
• Oversee the development and execution of individualized care plans for NICU patients
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic, multidisciplinary patient care
• Lead quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes, safety, and satisfaction
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, accreditation standards, and participate in regulatory surveys
