    Description

    The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for all warehouse operations as communicated by our WHM at our Norwood location. This includes all receiving and shipping activity, proper storage, and accounting of product. RSR and ID orders are loaded accurately and on-time. Proper accounting and storage of all incoming and outgoing products.

    Essential Duties include but not limited to:

    • Executes operational procedures for activities such as verification of incoming and outgoing shipments and maintaining inventory accuracy
    • Assist in identifying the causes of product losses and discuss with WHM correction action
    • Assist in identifying process bottlenecks and work with WHM the implementation of solutions in a timely manner
    • Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by following, and enforcing standards and procedures and complying with legal regulations
    • Work in a team environment and works collaboratively to achieve team goals
    • Other duties as required and/or assigned.
    QUALIFICATIONS:
    • Grocery and/or DSD experience recommended
    • Must be willing to work flexible hours.
    • Proficient in safety procedures
    • Self-motivated and able to work independently is a MUST
    • Must have clean DMV record
    • Strong interpersonal skills; ability to relate well to all levels and backgrounds.
    • Computer proficiency within Microsoft suite as well as WMS software
    • Ability to prioritize and manage time efficiently. Organized and able to handle multiple tasks
    • Must be able to work in a fastpaced environment.
    • Dependable when it comes to Reliability and Attendance
    ESSENTIAL PHYSICAL QUALIFICATIONS
    • Continuous standing/walking in a warehouse environment throughout the shift
    • Frequent push, pull, squat, bend and reach to stack, carry, lift and pick product throughout the shift
    • Continuous lifting of 20 lbs., frequent lifting of 25-40 lbs. and occasional lifting of 50 lbs. or more
    • Frequent stacking of pallets and empty displays lbs.) up to 6 feet fall
    • Frequent lifting above the shoulders
