- Practice Detail: Ascension Medical Group-WI is looking for a Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant to join a busy clinic practice. Experience preferred.

- Obtains patient history and performs assessment via observation, interview and examination. Orders, performs and interprets diagnostic studies. Performs preventative health assessments, screening, immunizations and patient care.
- Provides direct treatment and management of health conditions via referral to other healthcare providers or community resources.
- Counsels and educates patients and their families/caregivers concerning preventative health, treatment options and community resources.
- Documents delivery of health care and nursing processes in accordance with specific specialty area standards and network nursing policy.
- 150-beds with employed primary, specialty and subspecialty care clinicians
- Committed to delivering high-quality, cost effective care to all, especially those who are poor and vulnerable, regardless of their ability to pay
- Strong 24/7 Hospitalist, Emergency Care and ICU services
- Certified stroke and chest pain center - Level III trauma center
- Wisconsin's Fox Cities are anchored by Neenah, Menasha, and Appleton - a unique mixture of urban style and small-town charm
- Ideally located inNortheastern Wisconsin, just 100 miles to Milwaukee, 30 miles to Green Bay, 200 miles to Chicago, and 100 miles to Madison

- BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date. American Heart

- Registered Nurse credentialed from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. Verified by local Credentialing Office.
- Drug Enforcement Admin credentialed from the Drug Enforcement Administration. Verified by local Credentialing Office.
