- Lead structural analysis, design, and calculations for new and renovated structures.
- Develop comprehensive construction documents.
- Assist in project management and execution.
- Mentor junior team members.
- Collaborate in strategic team growth planning.
- Occasional travel for project requirements.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Civil, Architectural Engineering, or Structural Engineering.
- 5+ years of relevant experience
- PE or SE license in any US state.
- Expertise in various structural materials and design.
- Experience in multi-story building design.
- Knowledge of building design codes and laws.
- Proficiency in structural analysis software like RAM, RISA, and SAP.
- Based in Sacramento, CA, with the ability to work a flexible hybrid schedule.
- $98k - $115k, DOE, plus bonus opportunities
