    Job Overview

    We are seeking a highly skilled Professional Flatbed Truck Driver to join our team at Flint Logistics LLC. As a flatbed driver, you will be responsible for hauling diverse cargo across the contiguous 48 states, ensuring timely delivery and exceptional customer service.

    Salary and Benefits

    The estimated salary for this position is $72,360 per year, based on an average weekly wage of $1,425. We offer comprehensive benefits, including paid orientation, essential life insurance coverage, and eligibility for our 401K plan after one year of dedicated service.

    Responsibilities and Qualifications

    • Haul diverse cargo, including lumber, coils, machinery, rebar, pipes, and oversized loads
    • Operate top-of-the-line tractor-trailers and flatbeds, equipped with the latest technology and safety features
    • Maintain excellent communication with dispatchers and other drivers
    • Meet all regulatory requirements, including CDL A licensure and a current DOT Medical Card

    Requirements

    A valid CDL A (Class A) license, a minimum of 1 year of flatbed experience, and demonstrated expertise in securing loads using straps, tarps, chains, and binders are required. Our commitment to transparency and support creates a rewarding work environment for our drivers.
