Job Summary
We are seeking a knowledgeable System Administrator to join our team.
The System Administrator will be responsible for all aspects of systems administration pertaining to networks and network components including network servers, routers, switches, and firewalls.
Includes implementation, configuration, coordination, control, maintenance, backup, troubleshooting, security, resource monitoring, and the development of specialized computer systems procedures. The ideal candidate has strong technical skills, excellent customer service, and communication skills.Responsibilities
Install, configure, and troubleshoot network systems and related issues.
Install, configure, troubleshoot, and administration of Microsoft-based server systems.
Install, configure, and troubleshoot, firewalls, routers, and network switches.
Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, and associated peripherals.
Create technical documents and diagrams.- Perform hardware/ software troubleshooting and maintenance activities on network computers, workstations, servers, printers, and other network devices on customer sites.
Provide hardware and software support to external users.
Must be able to meet deadlines, manage time effectively and prioritize appropriately.
Great communication skills.
Qualifications
Professional certifications are preferred
Previous experience as a System Administrator
Working knowledge of Windows Server and Desktop Administration.
VMware/Hyper-V
Microsoft 365
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
Ability to work well as part of a team
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Additional Requirements:
Ability to travel to client sites
Flexible work from home options available.
