    We are seeking an HR Business Partner (HRBP) to support our dynamic workforce by driving HR operations, providing hands-on tactical support, and contributing to strategic initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for executing core HR processes, ensuring compliance, and partnering with managers to support business objectives. This position is ideal for an HR professional with strong ADP experience, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to balance daily HR functions with long-term strategic planning.

    Key Responsibilities HR Execution (75%)
    • Serve as the primary ADP expert, handling payroll processing, reporting, data integrity, and system optimizations.
    • Manage employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, offboarding, promotions, and status changes.
    • Support employee relations by addressing workplace concerns, conducting investigations, and ensuring compliance with policies.
    • Oversee HR compliance with labor laws, policies, and record-keeping requirements.
    • Administer benefits, leave programs, and FMLA/ADA accommodations in coordination with internal teams and vendors.
    • Partner with managers to drive performance management, ensuring timely feedback and documentation.
    • Process HR transactions related to compensation, job changes, and organizational updates in ADP.
    Strategic HR Partnership (25%)
    • Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement HR initiatives that align with business goals.
    • Analyze HR metrics from ADP and other sources to provide insights and support data-driven decisions.
    • Assist in driving employee engagement programs, retention strategies, and culture-building initiatives.
    • Support workforce planning efforts, helping to identify talent gaps and succession planning needs.
    • Stay informed on HR best practices, employment law changes, and industry trends to enhance HR processes.
    Qualifications & Skills
    • 3-5 years of HR experience, with a strong focus on tactical execution.
    • Expertise in ADP Workforce Now (or similar HRIS)—including reporting, payroll, and system functionality.
    • Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR compliance best practices.
    • Ability to balance multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
    • Effective communicator with strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
    • Bilingual in English and either Gujarati or Spanish preferred but not required.
    • Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment preferred.
    • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
