    The PACU RN in Española, NM, plays a vital leadership role in thePost-Anesthesia Care Unit, overseeing the recovery of surgical patients to ensure safe, efficient, and compassionate care.

    This position requires clinical expertise inpost-operative monitoring, pain management, and emergency response, along with strong communication and organizational skills to coordinate with surgical teams and manage unit operations.

    Licensure:
    State of New Mexico or Compact State Nursing License or Graduate Nurse Permit required

    Academic Preparation:
    *Degree from accredited academic nursing program (If a program is under conditional status, approval may be granted by system CNO)*Minimum ADN preparation with expectation of BSN completion within 5 years of hire
