Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced Industrial Engineer to join our team at Phoenix Assurance.
As an Industrial Engineer, you will be responsible for using your problem-solving and quantitative skills to improve the efficiency and productivity of our clients' logistics operations.
You will work with a variety of teams, including operations, engineering, and sales, to develop and implement new processes and systems.
Responsibilities:
Conduct process improvement studies to identify and eliminate bottlenecks and inefficiencies
Design and implement new processes and systems to improve productivity and quality
Develop and maintain standard operating procedures
Work with operations and engineering teams to troubleshoot and resolve problems
Collect and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
Prepare and present reports to management on the status of improvement projects
Qualifications:
Master's degree in industrial engineering
3+ years of experience in a logistics or manufacturing environment
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience with process improvement methodologies and software is a plus
Willing to travel
