    Description:

    Our client is hiring an Industrial Sales Representative to join our growing team. Our client provides cost-effective storage solutions. In addition, we provide our clients with better design and organization to help them maximize their space. This role would include our Military business at Fort Leonard Wood and Scott AFB.

    Responsibilities:

    • Further, develop our sales in the Industrial market. We distribute Vertical Lift Modules (VLM), Pallet Racking, Push Back Racks, Lift Tables, Modular Offices, and other material handling products to improve picking, storage, and inventory control. We also provide heavy-duty mobile racking, ideal for warehouses, freezers, and any location that requires a compact storage solution for heavy items.
    • Meeting or exceeding company sales quotas while increasing customer satisfaction.
    • Interacting extensively with customers to help measure, layout, and design a storage solution that fits their needs.
    • Strategize with our Business Development team to orchestrate marketing campaigns to increase activity in several markets.
    • Drive strategic alignment across all of our sectors to enable business growth.
    • Participate in Lunch and Learns and other networking engagements representing our firm.
    • Enter all leads and sales activities in our BSC project management software and SFDC.
    • Prepare and deliver sales proposals/presentations and promptly follow up with the critical decision-makers.
    • Complete all required customer and BSC paperwork on sold projects, including, but not limited to, pre and post-project pictures, warranty documents, and post-project sign-offs.
    • Regularly meet with sales/executive management to review monthly sales activities.
    Requirements and Skills:
    • Must professionally communicate with prospects, customers, vendors, and fellow employees.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Possess analytical/problem-solving solutions for clients and the company.
    • Previous cold calling and networking experience.
    • Experience in developing and executing territory sales strategies.
    • Must be self-motivated and able to work independently to meet or exceed goals.
    • Each sales team member must cultivate, track, and continuously follow up on hundreds of prospects and active clients to ensure every sales opportunity is captured, reported, and worked to its fullest potential.
    Qualifications:
    • Industry experience is a plus.
    • Legally eligible to work in the United States
    • Minimum of five years in outside business-to-business sales with a proven track record of success.
    • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
