- At least 1-4 years of experience in powder process development.
- Experience with pneumatic conveying, powder treatments (coating, drying), material handling, and dosing systems.
- Experience with commissioning equipment, installing equipment and process scale-up.
- Experience with Travelling abroad and working with international teams (china).
- Develop novel powder processes that contribute to a high-volume production system.
- Characterize critical material performance through experimentation & analysis, and then leverage this insight in process development.
