- Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting or related field or equivalent work experience.
- 10 years' experience in management reporting and financial analysis.
- P&C insurance experience is preferred.
- Solid understanding of insurance accounting concepts

Lead the annual planning and quarterly forecasting activities associated with
HSBstaffing and expenses.
Work in partnership with FP&A business partners and functional leadership and support senior
HSBexecutives as the expense business partner to corporate functions.
Oversee
HSBenterprise expense management by developing insightful and actionable monthly/quarterly presentations to the senior management team.
Serve as the subject matter expert for Oracle workforce planning and expense capabilities and is responsible for the training and support of business users.
Lead efforts to streamline and improve analysis of results leveraging existing reporting tools such as Oracle and digital visualization using tools like Power BI, related to
HSBGroup's actual, forecast and plan financial and non-financial information.
Lead efforts to streamline and improve the planning and forecast process using automation tools and lean management process improvement department at HSB.
