    Job Description
    This position will have responsibility for the day to day manufacturing operations at our Holliston Massachusetts

    facility. The responsibilities include assembly, test, and packaging of several product lines. The Manufacturing

    Manager will be a key member of the Operations team and work closely with Operations Engineering, Quality,

    Supply Chain, and R&D Engineering. This position is "hands on" and will lead a team of Assembly and Test

    Technicians as well as a Machinist, to ensure the highest quality product is produced for our customers.

    Minimum Requirement s

    7-10+ years' experience in manufacturing operations involving electro-mechanical assembly.

    Demonstrated proficiency using MRP, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

    Team player with ability to coach, mentor, and influence.

    Good interpersonal, listening, and presentations skills.

    Quick study, can learn new ideas, concepts, and skills.

    ISO9001 experience preferred.

    Lean Manufacturing experience a must.

    Job Requirements

    Responsibility and ownership of Production, Test, Repair activities as well as an in-house Machine Shop.

    Review backlog and forecast to ensure the necessary capacity is identified and trained to support changes inproduction demand.

    Manage personnel issues within your teams. Complete performance appraisals and development plans.

    Work closely with Customer Service and communicate scheduling, lead times, build issues, and constraints.

    Work closely with Process Engineering to identify process issues and support drive to resolution.

    Encourage and promote operating in a data driven continuous improvement environment.

    Support daily cycle count process and reporting.

    Support and assist purchasing with part shortages to drive work flow in production.

    Ensure compliance with HBIO's quality, safety, and regulatory standards.

    Support and drive Lean Manufacturing activities.
